We are looking for an Operations Analyst to help implement data-driven decision-making across all operations teams for PSA, PCGS, and WATA.

This role will be based in our Collectors headquarters (Santa Ana). 

What You’ll Do:

  • Immerse yourself in the business and gain a deep understanding of our onsite operations
  • Support efforts to inform PSA, PCGS and WATA operations and executive-level decision-making by measuring, analyzing, synthesizing, and interpreting a broad spectrum of supply chain and operations data
  • Work from the stakeholder backwards - embedding yourself into our business teams, understanding data and insights requirements, providing recommendations and delivering data products
  • Build, enhance and maintain best-in-class dashboards & reporting tools that are robust, actionable, and aesthetically pleasing
  • Guide analytics projects from beginning to completion - including translating business questions into surveys for analysis, summarizing results, and creating and delivering presentations
  • Leverage a variety of different internal and external data sources to conduct analyses, identify trends, guide strategic recommendations.
  • Create effective and impactful reports and visualizations that show business performance, strategic recommendations and best practices to executive leadership in order to help them achieve their business goals.
  • Train users on our data capabilities and best practices

Who You Are:

  • 2+ years experience in operations analytics.
  • BS/MS degree in related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years of experience tracking, measuring, and reporting on results of various operations functions.
  • Advanced to Expert level experience in Google Sheets,Tableau or other data visualization tools.
  • Highly proficient in using SQL for data analysis and reporting.
  • Basic knowledge of modern database structures and data modeling, with an emphasis on practical experience joining distinct tables.
  • Advanced analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Advanced communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must have the ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to the leadership team and other employees of the organization.
