We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Care team to provide world class customer care to our customers around the world. This role will involve items stored in the Collectors Vault and the representative in this role will work directly with customers on inquiries and concerns regarding the service. The representative in this role will actively look to engage fans over the phone, on emails, in message boards and on social media with “vault-worthy” collectibles to encourage submissions to the service. This representative will serve as a connector for all the different business units that touch Vault submissions to assist with any issues that come up. Representatives will assist with general customer care emails and order assistance during downtime.

The candidate selected will report to the Director of Customer Care and work from our Santa Ana office in person each day: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. with opportunities for overtime as needed.

What’ll You Do:

  • Inform prospective and existing customers of company services for the Vault program over the phone, via email, in message boards and on social media
  • Assist in scheduling drop offs and submissions with customers
  • Work with Security and/or Sales if there is a high value submission taking place
  • Attend to onsite VIP submitters to ensure a first class guest experience
  • Work with Logistics, Operations, Customer Care, Sales, CRC, Problem Orders Results, Goldin and Shipping to assist with any customer issues, including but not limited to resolving submission form errors, address or shipping updates, imaging issues and order status inquiries 
  • Work with Finance on any issues with payment processing
  • Research and resolve complaints or issues according to company policies and procedures
  • Make calls to encourage customers to vault their items and follow up on questions and issues
  • Alert Marketing to opportunities to tell success stories from collectors, interview them, get photos for social media, etc.
  • Be able to answer questions on the outcome of the submissions and status on items
  • Assist with Customer Care emails and general inquiries during down time
  • Attend trade shows as company representative to promote the Vault program and build new relationships with potential clients
  • Representatives will strive to earn praise from customers regarding the high quality care they provide via email, written correspondence, Live Chat and social media in particular
  • Assist Marketing with content creation for promotional purposes to better market the Vault experience
  • Interact with the community on social and live streams, answering comments and messages
  • Provide reporting on the success of the program and develop customer personas to help Marketing understand our customer base better

Who You Are:

  • Associates Degree or equivalent preferred and/or 4+ years Customer Care/hospitality experience.
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos; ability to write correspondence.
  • Fluent in English. Fluency in other written and spoken languages is a plus.
  • Google Docs, Ring Central, Zendesk, Slack, Navision and social media background preferred
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
