We are looking for a Printing and Data Entry Clerk (Flip Print Coordinator) to join the Flip Printing Team. You'll report to the Operations Manager and work at our office in Jersey City office. 

What You'll Do

  • Process & print the labels out for PSA submissions.
  • Maintains and helps keep the organization and flow in the sealing and grading department
  • Maintains that the printer is aligned for the labels
  • Responsible for keeping the orders organized and prepared for sealing
  • Prioritizes Invitational/Rush orders while sustains the flow of other regular line work
  • Manages Custom Encapsulation Orders
  • Arranges and separates orders that requires the Research Department to make any
    format or spec change

Who You Are

  • Problem solver: Must have good problem-solving skills and show good judgment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with computers and software applications such as Google Spreadsheets, Google Docs
    Excel, and effective internet searching. Should have proficient skills in typing; ten key by touch.
  • Able to communicate effectively either orally or by other means; email etc.
  • Team-oriented and detail-oriented
  • Organizational Support: Follow policies and procedures, complete tasks correctly and on time.
  • Demonstrate accuracy while still maintaining a high level of productivity.
  • Follow instruction and respond to management directions

Hourly Range: The hourly range for this position is $17-$20. Entry level operations positions generally start at an hourly rate of $17. Actual compensation in this range will be based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including location, job level, prior experience, and skill set.
