Since our founding in 1986, we have graded and authenticated millions of items. We employ more than 1,700 people across our headquarters in Santa Ana and offices in Jersey City, Seattle, Hong Kong, Paris, Shanghai, and Tokyo. 

We’re looking for a DNA Receiver that is responsible for accurately itemizing packages, entering order information into the designated software and contacting customers to resolve problem orders.

You’ll report to the DNA Operations Manager and work from our Santa Ana office.

What You’ll Do:

  • Open, separate and itemize department’s mail by service type.  
  • Match, count and check items.  
  • Verify service type with payment and verify its eligibility.  
  • Enter items into the grading system.
  • Identifies and classifies items correctly.
  • Organizes entered orders by service level and service type for the processing team.
  • Contacts customers via email, mail and phone to quickly resolve problem orders. 
  • Work with the Sales Department for orders that have special deals and/or pricing.
  • Expedites Super Express, Walkthrough and other priority orders
  • Supports the rest of the processing team with other duties and projects as assigned.

Who You Are: 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable contacting customers via email and phone.
  • Personable and professional demeanor with an ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Google programs, e.g. Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.

Physical Requirements:

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time. Additionally, employees must occasionally lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.

Hourly Range: The reasonable estimated hourly rate for this position is $17. Actual compensation varies based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including location, job level, prior experience and skill set.
