Since our founding in 1986, we have graded and authenticated millions of items. We employ more than 1,700 people across our headquarters in Santa Ana and offices in Jersey City, Seattle, Hong Kong, Paris, Shanghai, and Tokyo.

Our PCGS team is currently looking for a Photographer Coordinator contractor to work a 5 month contract assignment . The schedule is full time, Monday through Friday from 7:00am - 3:30pm. This assignment will report to the Photography Supervisor and work at our Santa Ana, CA office headquarters.  

What You'll Do:

  • Scanning orders into our backlog
  • Running orders to and from our department
  • Organizing incoming work
  • Sorting our backlog
  • Determining work allocation based on order priorities
  • Finding and expediting orders from our backlog
  • Investigating orders to determine appropriate required action

Who You Are:

  • Able to work on Windows PC and Google Workspace
  • Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
  • Organization, prioritization, and communication skills
  • Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs and be on their feet for a few hours per day

Hourly Range: The reasonable estimated hourly rate for this position is $17. Actual compensation varies based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including location, job level, prior experience and skill set.
