As the Marketing Manager for PSA Canada, you will be leading all key marketing initiatives for our presence in Canada with the intention to drive usage of the PSA platform and services, and to spread awareness for our brand. You will be a jack-of-all-trades and own the overall marketing strategy and execution across all major touchpoints - Email, Social, Web, Events, etc. Your primary focus will be driving meaningful growth and accelerating the territory.

You’ll report to the Director of Market Development, Canada and work from our Mississauga, Ontario office in the Greater Toronto Area.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies and plans for the Canada office and the overall PSA presence in Canada.
  • Manage and own all marketing channels for PSA in Canada.
  • Measure, evaluate and report on marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain and execute a marketing calendar including but not limited to: social media, website updates, events, partnerships, and promotions.
  • Use every marketing tool available to drive meaningful growth in Canada.
  • Work closely with the US Marketing Team to localize global marketing initiatives and execute in the Canada market.
  • Build key relationships with community partners and likeminded brands in Canada.
  • Stand-up MarTech like CRM systems or CMS tools.

Who You Are:

  • Growth-minded marketer looking to accelerate the territory.
  • Possess a bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of experience in marketing or brand.
  • Has strong project management skills and is task oriented.
  • Comfortable handling both strategy and execution of marketing programs from start to finish.
  • Strong analytical skills. 
  • Familiar with managing social media channels like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have strong presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of the trading card space or collectibles space is a plus.

Salary Range: The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $115,000 CAD. Actual compensation on this range varies based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including location, job level, experience, and skill set.
