As Project Manager (Operations, Non-Technical), you will report to the Director of Project Management and will play a critical role within the Enterprise PMO, leading high-impact, operations-focused projects across the organization. This role will focus on driving initiatives that improve and streamline operational processes, while also supporting broader enterprise operations projects as needed.
The Project Manager will drive cross-functional execution, operational readiness, and sustainable project delivery across automation and operations portfolios.
This position is based out of our Santa Ana, CA headquarters on a required hybrid schedule (on-site 3 days per week, non-negotiable). Candidates must also be able and willing to travel both domestically and internationally to support project execution and operational priorities.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and manage operations-focused, cross-functional projects by defining scope, deliverables, timelines, and budgets while adhering to industry best practices.
- Drive automation initiatives that streamline and scale operational processes, partnering closely with key business and technical stakeholders to ensure successful design, implementation, and adoption.Identify project risks early and implement proactive mitigation strategies to keep initiatives on track.
- Develop and maintain clear project communication channels, regular meetings, documentation, and status reporting across all organizational levels, including teams, stakeholders, and executive leadership, ensuring full alignment and visibility throughout the project lifecycle.
- Continuously evaluate project workflows and metrics, identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing enhancements to increase operational efficiency and program effectiveness.
- Act as the primary liaison for operational project teams, fostering strong cross-functional collaboration and building trusted relationships with business partners, leadership, and external stakeholders to drive project success and sustainable outcomes.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Project Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and real-world experience demonstrating strong operational and project leadership skills.
- 4–6 years of hands-on project management experience, preferably in an enterprise environment, with a proven track record of delivering operations-driven projects using familiar PMI methodologies, including Waterfall and Hybrid Agile approaches.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex operational and technical concepts into clear, actionable information for diverse audiences, including stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and executive leadership.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects independently while maintaining precision across documentation, timelines, and deliverables.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, proactively driving projects forward without requiring constant oversight, while also knowing when to escalate or collaborate to maintain momentum.
- Demonstrated experience identifying and implementing automation and process improvements within operational environments is strongly preferred.
- Proven ability and willingness to work on-site 3 days per week in Santa Ana, CA (non-negotiable) and travel regularly to other U.S. and global locations as needed to support project and operational initiatives.
Salary Range: The salary range for this position is $119,340 - $161,460. Actual compensation on this range varies based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including location, job level, experience, and skill set.
